Turn a simple green salad into an Asian-inspired salad with this dressing. It tastes great with spring rolls, as well as our Vietnamese Spring Roll Salad.

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste (preferably white miso)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (like Sriracha)
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil, sesame or peanut oil)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced (optional)

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except oil and fresh ginger, in a small bowl or liquid measuring cup.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil as you beat with a fork or small whisk. This will help emulsify the liquids so the dressing becomes thick and creamy.
  3. Mince the fresh ginger and stir in, if desired.
