Instructions
  1. Cut pineapple if using fresh. Set aside.
  2. Add ice cubes up to the 1-cup mark on the blender container.
  3. Pour in enough coconut milk to reach the 1-cup mark (about 1/2 cup).
  4. Add enough pineapple to reach the 2-cup mark then add all remaining ingredients and optional add-ins. Blend until smooth.
  5. Garnish with another pinch of allspice and a little coconut if desired.
