honey

hot pepper sauce

chopped cucumber

plain Greek yogurt
Garnish: (optional)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Beat with a whisk (or fork).
Chop cucumbers (peeled or not) and cilantro, then add to bowl. Toss.
Stir in yogurt. Adjust seasonings, to taste.
Garnish with a few cucumber slices and a sprig of cilantro if desired.
