Cook eggs according to our post, How to Boil the Perfect Egg.
Peel eggs then cut in half from top (narrow end) to bottom. Place yolks in a medium bowl, and place whites onto a platter, cut-side up.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, dill, and seasonings to the yolks. Mash with a fork (or back of a spoon) until well blended. Add more pickle juice, mustard, or mayonnaise, if desired. Alternatively, beat with an electric mixer for a smoother filling.
Stir in chopped pickles. Adjust seasonings, to taste.
Fill the center of each egg white with a scoop of the filling.
