Instructions
  1. Set cream cheese and butter out on counter for about 15 minutes to soften enough to spread easily.
  2. Lay 2 thin slices of bread on a flat surface. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of butter evenly on the bread, then spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over each piece.
  3. Thinly slice the radishes and scatter over the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of nice, coarse salt (if available) over the radishes.
  5. Slice a teaspoon or so of chives and sprinkle on top. Garnish plate with longer pieces of chives and a chive blossom, if desired.
  6. Serve open face.
