Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray or rub oil into baking dish.
  2. Break egg into a large bowl and beat lightly with a whisk (or fork).
  3. Chop celery, onion, and garlic, adding to bowl as you finish each one.
  4. Stir in bread crumbs, herbs, and seasonings.
  5. Add ground turkey and mix with a spoon or hands just until everything is well incorporated.
  6. Form into nine (1-1/2 to 2-inch-diameter) balls and place in the greased baking dish.
  7. Bake (uncovered) for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove dish from oven and pour your favorite pasta sauce over the meatballs. Continue baking 15 minutes, or until done.
