Did you know that June is National Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month? No surprise! The farmers markets are showing off their lovely fruit these days, and we’ve been indulging on strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and cantaloupe fresh from the farm. Eating local can be one of the best things for healthy eating (and supporting the community). Your local farmers market will have lots of delicious options for you to taste and try out. We recommend getting adventurous and seeing what the local farmers have grown.

We hope this inspired you to eat more fruit during National Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month!
We’d love to hear how you add fruit to your meals.
