Hamburgers for Dinner Tonight

November 5, 2018 by Finite Foodie

What’s for Dinner Tonight?

Classic Hamburgers
Cantaloupe
Sliced Tomatoes with Fresh Basil
Dessert: Peanut Butter Cookies

It might sound overwhelming to come up with a complete meal from scratch, especially at the end of a busy day. But, we’re here to show you just how easy it can be to serve a healthful, delicious, and attractive meal. One way to accomplish this is to combine a main dish recipe with very simple sides.

This summer we cooked hamburgers on the grill about once a month (we try not to eat too much red meat). We mix some interesting spices into the ground beef and cook them outside or inside in a skillet or under the broiler. Serve the hamburgers with very simple sides. This works for a lazy Friday night dinner at home, but also for a last minute cookout with friends. Add some chips or pickles if you want. It’s also nice to have some homemade cookies on hand, especially if friends are dropping by. We recommend our delicious Peanut Butter Cookies to go with this All-American meal.
