Grilled polenta is a great cookout option for your vegetarian family and friends. Serve as-is or with cheese melted on top. Add a nice marinara sauce if you want.
Tools:knife and cutting board, grill

- Heat grill to medium (350°F).
- Cut polenta into 9 slices (about 1/2-inch thick). Brush both sides with oil.
- Place on grill and cook 1-2 minutes each side.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve with your favorite marinara sauce, or make our fresh Marinara Sauce if you have an abundance of tomatoes. Add fresh basil from the garden if you have some. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan on top.
