Use this puréed mango "nectar" to sweeten drinks like our Mango Mojito. Cut up a fresh mango or use frozen mango chunks if you're really pressed for time or can't find a ripe mango.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups mango chunks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
Servings: cups

Instructions
  1. If using a fresh mango, peel and cut. See "How to Cut a Mango."
  2. Place mango chunks into a blender.
  3. Turn on the blender to chop into tiny pieces, then begin to slowly add the water.
  4. Once you've added all the water, allow the mixture to blend together for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  5. Add optional sugar, if desired.
