Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon miso paste (preferably white miso)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (like Sriracha)
- 1/2 tablespoon oil (preferably extra virgin olive oil, sesame or peanut oil)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger minced (optional)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except oil and fresh ginger, in a small bowl or liquid measuring cup.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil as you beat with a fork or small whisk. This will help emulsify the liquids so the dressing becomes thick and creamy.
- Mince the fresh ginger and stir in, if desired.
