Recently we were discussing how to celebrate the holiday season, sparked by an article regarding an individual who was struggling between doing the holidays her family’s way or her husband’s family’s way. She finally decided to do it her way! That made us think: Why not do the holidays the Finite Foodie way?
You may be asking yourself, now what exactly does that mean? It means making the holidays your own! For us, this means bringing our Finite Foodie personalities to the table. Today, we are sharing a Christmas menu designed by Rebecca to fit her foodie personality. Rebecca is a vegetarian and is gluten free, which makes the holidays particularly challenging! If you are in a similar boat, Rebecca has provided a variety of choices for you. Take these ideas and make a menu that is right for you. And don’t forget to ask friends and/or family to bring a dish to your holiday meal! (Especially if you have a couple of items you’d like to make that require the same pan or baking dish, or if someone insists on bringing meat.)
